What does the retainer not include?

All products are purchased separately from the creative fee (i.e. digital collections, prints etc.)

When is payment due?

The retainer is due at the time of booking your appointment & is non-refundable.  If the invoice is not paid promptly, the date will be offered to other clients. Full payment of your session is required 48 hours prior to your scheduled session date.  Need to pay your session fee? Click HERE.

How do I schedule a session?

It's super easy! All you have to do is contact me with the date you're interested in and I'll get you all set up or you can schedule  your appointment online, select your session type and you can pay your session fee by clicking HERE.

When should I book my session?

The earlier the better!  For both portraits and events, it’s important to book at least a few weeks in advance, if not sooner.  This will help ensure greater availability to suit your schedule, as well as allow for more thorough preparation.  Please be advised that during certain seasons, I book up quickly, so booking as soon as possible is highly recommended.

What should I expect at the session?

All sessions are at an on-location site of your choosing.  Should there be a location fee, that is the responsibility of the client. The sessions are casual, fun, easy-going and usually last up to 45 to 120 minutes depending on your chosen session.  **Most importantly, expect to have fun and be yourself!!**

What happens after my session is over?

Within 2 weeks following your session, you will be given a password to your online gallery for you to view and order your favorite images.  The gallery will be online for 7 days for you to order your images. After the one week, there is a $10 fee to re-activate it.

I've ordered my prints and excited to receive them. When can I expect them?

Once you select your images, they will be mailed or delivered to you within 1 week.  Please inquire if you need your images earlier. A rush fee of $175 will apply.

Can I scan or copy my prints?

All images are copyrighted by Perfect Images Photography.  It is illegal and unlawful to scan, download, copy, print, publish to the internet or reproduce without permission

My family and friends loved the pictures and would like to order, can they order?

Absolutely. All you would need to do is give them your password information for them to purchase from your gallery.

Do you offer items such as albums, canvas, or prints?

Yes. These items can be purchased separately.
